I am a fairly new member of this list and have only posted once or

twice but I agree with the above statement. I am on another list

that is sponsered by an Endo., and I wish I could find someone like

him. I do not have one available in my area. You can search for an

endocrinologist at the following web site

www.aace.com

In the upper left hand corner click on...services then..click find an

endocrinologist..type in city, state, country..and scroll for an endo

that specialty is diabetes

As far as the meds. go my doctor did not like me backing off either

but with diet changes and addition of exercise I am med free today.
