Guest guest
Hi all! Have you ever had one of the days that you really dislike everyone at your doctor's office? I was told last week by my nurse that they would call me by TODAY to schedule surgery so when I hadn't heard from them by 4:45 I called. This was what I got from the receptionist: " Dr. Asfora's nurse will be with patients until 5:00 so she will call you tomorrow. " So I asked the receptionist why she simply couldn't call me after 5:00. She really didn't have a good answer and wouldn't go talk to the nurse, so there wasn't mush I could do. I have had several arguments with this receptionist. Yesterday I called to see if they had received my MRI films and she proceded to tell me that since I had the MRI last Thursday (2nd one in 3 weeks) it would be at least another week until they had the films. I politely (yeah right) told her she needed to go check. Low and behold... they were in the office. The frustrating this is my doctor and I have decided to do the surgery I just had to have another MRI to see if there was a syrnix present. (there isn't) I just don't understand why this has to be so difficult. I just feel like crying. I don't think I have actually done that since I was diagnosed (Oct) because I was so busy trying to make my husband feel better about this. Thanks to all for being here and just understanding that overwhelming frustration. Jessy ACM I 10mm
