Hello all, I am so glad to have found this group! My name is Kim, I

am 29 years old. I had a baby girl 3 weeks ago. I was induced at 39

weeks because of PIH, pre-eclampsia. After 24 hours of labour, I had

a c-section because of fetal distress and failure to progress. My

baby girl was only 6lbs 1 ounce at birth but is perfectly healthy. I

could hear the doctors talking while they sewed me up-they were

talking about my bicornuate uterus. It was never diagnosed before.

After reading about BU, I feel truly blessed to have gotten pregnant

(never had a M/C)and carried to term. I will get more details about

the extent of the BU at my 6 week check up. Thinking back, it all

makes sense now-the Pre eclampsia, small baby, c-section etc...

Anyhow, thats my story. I hope to get to know more about all of you

and this " unique " uterus of mine. kim
