You must first have the picture on the computer. You could have someone scan a

picture you have it to a disc, or take with a regular camera and have put on a

disc when developed, or you can find someone with a digital cam to take some.

It is always best to reduce the resolution so the picture will not take forever

to load when viewed.

pic's with it or make a video or when on chat and if another person has one

you can see the other person they can see you! And you can take pictures of
