Guest guest
I will restart LDN in a few days at a much lower dosage. For today, however, the damage is done. After being up since 6am yesterday, I am now exhausted and also in full anxiety attack mode. I was given 30 Xanax pills when these attacks started when we moved from California about 8 months ago. I was told my the doctor that they were for emergencies only. I have currently used only half of them, but don't think I've ever needed one worse than I do right now. If you have ever had one of these attacks, you will know what I mean. Your heart is racing and no amount of logic will stop the feeling that you are not going to make it if you can't make the panic stop. Xanax makes it stop within 20 to 30 minutes. However, after my most recent pharmaceutical escapade, I am disclined to make another misstep -- if I can avoid it. Does anyone have any experience with anti-depressant or anti-anxiety meds and LDN. Guest guest
It is fine to take them together. I have used them both together many, many times. I know what the anxiety can do and I know what you are going through. Don't hesitate to take them at once. It would be good for you the first couple nights so you can sleep. They have a totally different pharmaceutical action which in no way contradicts one another. Best wishes, Kathy [low dose naltrexone] After LDN last night, can I take my "panic pill"?
