Guest guest
I eat a very healthy diet, take my DHEA - 25mg per day and Pregnenolone - 30mg per day and never have PMS. Cycles at the longest are two days. I drink NO carbonated drinks or caffiene. I don't know that this is the answer, but it seems to work for me. Guest guest
My PMS was severe also, just as you are describing, plus blinding migraines and cramps requiring bed rest. It is improving with healthy diet including plenty of omega oils, no carbonated or caffienated beverages, and I am taking colloid minerals and garlic. Since the garlic, sometimes capsules with oil, sometimes raw garlic, the burning in my tummy is almost nonexistant and all the bloating is gone. I'm convinced there is a connection between GI tract yeast and PMS, that garlic, for me, is helping. Garlic has been my most recent addition and has been really potent. I had more energy almost immediately. I cannot take DHEA because of the yeast that I suspect but would also welcome other suggestions from women struggling with similar issues. , Fayetteville, GA

Guest guest
I never took that med but I did go to the extreme and had everything except the ovaries removed. I have always had a problem with that time of the month. Maureen --- gina_blincoe2000 <reddog02@...> wrote: > I have lots of trouble when its that time of the > month with MS > syptoms. Guest guest
, I also had a lot of problems with symptoms related to my cycle as well. I would suggest that rather than take the birth control pill to control it - I would look into natural hormone replacement. Everything I have read leads me to believe it is much safer for your body than the synthetic hormones in the pill. I had a saliva hormone test done with my naturopath and I was low on one of my estrogens (not the one that goes down with menapause). I started on natural hormone replacement (which is compounded at the same pharmacy as my LDN) and it has made a huge difference for me. Hope that helps! -Charla gina_blincoe2000 <reddog02@...> wrote: I have lots of trouble when its that time of the month with MSsyptoms.
