Guest guest Posted October 2, 2007 Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 For each serving:1 tablespoon butterlarge clove of garlic, sliced6 large cooked shrimp tail on (I like the frozen ones from Costco)6 chunks fresh pineapple1/2 red sweet pepper sliced1 teaspoon Dijon mustarda little honeya few shakes of Tabasco saucesalt and pepper to tasteHeat butter in a skillet, add garlic and red pepper and cook for two minutes. Add shrimp and pineapple and cook another five minutes. Add remaining ingredientsWatercress and Berry Salad1 cup fresh watercress1 clove minced garlic1 tablespoon grated Italian Parmesan cheese5 fresh raspberriessalt and pepper1 fresh Basil leave snipped in small pieces1/4 teaspoon dried Rosemary1 tablespoon olive oil1/4-1/2 teaspoon honeyPlace first six ingredients in a salad bowl.
