A big hello from East Tennessee!

Hello there everyone!

My name is , I am 41 yrs. Old, and I have fibromyalgia, myofacial

syndrome, GERD, and hypertension.

I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with them all...but the doctor tends to think I

have had FM & MFS for 16 years or so. 3 months ago, I thought everything

was ok, but one day, everything hit me hard. I ended up in the hospital,

cause I thought I was having a heart attack...I stayed for 3 days, only to

be sent home, in severe pain again. Since then, I had been in and out the ER

6 times, each time thinking I was having a heart attack. All tests showed no

no clots, no heart attacks...

So I'm new to all of this....and am trying to find some support to learn how

to deal with the pain of it all...and make new friends along the way. I have

a very supportive husband, who will help me in any way he possibly can, but

he works a lot, and can only be here for me so much. The pain I find is

worse for me in the evenings, when I'm alone.

I have started doing Namaste' yoga...I have appts. With a massage therapist,

chiropractor, and an RA doctor this coming week.

Anyone close to my area?
