Guest guest
Hello I just wanted to update on what is going on with me. When I went for my seminars and consultation they told me to lose 30 pounds. I joined Weight Watchers. I have had a couple of good weeks and a couple of bad weeks. All in all I have lost 13.4 lbs. and have 14.6 lbs to go to get my BMI at the required 50. I feel that I have been doing really well. One thing that I have done is line up walking partners for different nights of the week. I have been regularly walking 3 days/nights a week and that is what is really contributing to my weight loss. On June 20, I will be going to Redding to meet with surgeon. I hope that he sees that I have been working hard to lose the weight and sets the date. Yesterday I really was starting to look at the surgery and what that is really going to mean. It scared me a little. I am 36 years old and have never been normal sized and I really cannot grasp the concept that I will be normal sized. I having the surgery knowing that I am going to be healthy, but am excited about the fact that men may actually notice me now. Well I better stop for now because this has gotten very long.
