Guest guest Posted January 7, 2001 Report Share Posted January 7, 2001 I have fought with shivering for years now. Before I knew about Chiari I just blew it off as 'I dont know'. A few nights ago, I woke up with that really hot feeling that always comes before hand. I immediately started to shiver and as always got sick at my stomach. I went into the bathroom and hung out there for a while. I decided to try my rememdy for nausea (a cool rag on the back of my neck). As soon as I put the rag on my neck, it calms to nausea and the shivers slowed down, then stopped. Could this shivering be a bad sign from the Chiari? Does anyone else experience this type of thing?
