My breadmaker sometimes has a problem baking really heavy whole-wheat type breads fully. I do have almond flour, and I have no significant problem handling more carbs, particularly now that I'm exercising a lot, so I'd probably try it with partly white, part almond and part whole wheat. Doing it that way, how heavy does it come out?
