Guest guest
My pregnancy after WLS with delivery 10-4-99, was delightful. I didn't have any morning sickness, just the heartburn as Kris had mentioned, so I popped Tums right and left. This was my 3rd pregnancy but first with WLS and I did not have am sickness with the other ones either. Rita, Weight Watchers won't give pregnant women a plan, I was going until I bacame preg last Feb and ended up quiting. They used to have a pregnancy plan several yrs ago, but quit that due to liability reasons. Vicki
Guest guest
If you really want to follow Weight Watchers, then just go to one of the meeting, get all the literature and info and then follow it at home instead of attending the weekly meetings. At least you'll have the plan. That's what I did when I joined. I still have all the info. I even have all the restaraunt and fast food guides. It's a great program during pregnancy, but make sure you discuss how many points you should be eating (WW is based on a points system). I know I would like to start tracking stuff, be sure I am not eating too much. Gonna be a long haul...... Rita
Guest guest
Tell me about it. I'm so scared of gaining too much weight. I get cravings all the time and it drives me nuts! I'm 11 weeks, 3 days along and I've only gained 2 pounds of the 5 that I lost when I first got pregnant.
