On the Autism_LDN list, 11 pm seems to be the preferred time to take LDN. And, no earlier than 9 pm. Most on that list are on transdermal LDN rather than oral LDN.

I take mine between 10:00 and 10:30.

I take mine between 0030 and 0130, sometimes as late as 0230. I work 0000-0800, so I'm just waking up just before midnight.

THANK YOU to everyone for their insight and experience on the " best

time " issue. I am trying mine at 10pm for now, since that is when I

normally take my other meds (Lexapro, Clonazepam, Lyrica, estradiol)

before going to bed by 11pm. Of course, I don't always get to bed that

early, but my husband does, since he has to get up at 4:30am, so I try

to as often as possible. Anyway...thanks again!
