I've been watching the post on this site, trying to find a better way

of decribing the tightness in my legs, not sure if this was the

stiffness or spasticity that ohers have talked of. None of those

descriptions seemed to convey the agony that I was experiencing.

You've obviously been there as well and know exactly what I mean.

I'm not very well educated and " Guitar strings " was the best

description I could come up with.

Maybe someone reading this will be able to put a more medical sonding

name to it.

After 7 days at 3mg, I've dropped to 1.5 for the last two days and

I'm much more comfortable now. There was a little tightness later on

last night, but it was nothing to what I experienced before.

I would have like to try cannabis to relax my muscles, it cures most

other things, but there are warnings about use narcotics at the same

time as LDN. I'm not sure if " narcotics " only means opiates or if it

includes cannabis as well.

Can anyone tell me ?

And what is " DLPA "
