The main purpose of breakfast is to fuel you up for the start of the day. Whatever works. Fruits or veggies or something else? My favourite breakfast has always been enchiladas. =P
Guest guest
Smoothies are very high in sugar; even if you sweeten with sugar substitute, there's a lot of sugar in the fruit. Guest guest
MESSAGE EDITED BY MODERATOR TO REMOVE EXCESSIVE QUOTING. I could only suggest if you are eating " quaker banana bread " it sounds too sweet. Perhaps check the packages to see that one serving contains less than, say 25 carbs. (Works for me.) I know that if any item is 40 or more gms. of carb, it is too much for one meal, with rare exceptions. If I have one 25 carb item, then I can have no other items that contain more than a few carbs each. It's about like that, for me. Janie I have eaten the new Quaker Banana Bread > Instant and it is pretty good. The Fruit Harvest cold cereal is good > too, but neither is good every day.
