Guest guest
, Jill, & , Thanks for listening. You're right, , just putting it into words helps so much :-) Instead of Cheetos I substituted a margarita and some buffalo wings. , I find myself doing the same things with baby stores. I get into a research frenzy and have to know everything there is to know about baby slings or co-sleepers (which, btw, I'm actually looking for woodworking paterns for) and then get sad when I can't buy them. Last night I reached the pinacle of baby-making obsessiveness ... I created an Excel spreadsheet full of formulas. All I have to do is enter a conception date and it will spit out due date (and a date for sched c-section, just in case), my age at birth, and DH's age at birth. But I didn't let it go at that. Of course I'd be happy to have even one baby, but my dream is three. So set up formulas that would tell me (based on that first conception date) ideal conception dates for children 2 & 3, DH & my ages at each birth, the age of each child at the birth of the next one and delivery dates & csection ranges. I know, I'm nuts :-) But the end result was something that I can use to soothe my nerves ... I can think, ok, if I need a second surgery and can't TTC until october AND it takes 3 months (6m, 9m etc) to get pg, THIS is how it will affect my plans. asked what I was doing, and I suggested that he REALLY didn't want to know :-) I crack myself up! Thank you again, guys...
