Guest guest
I had to spend 7 days in the hospital last week and 2 days the week before. The conclusion was that I had a very tiny blood clot in my lung which did NOT come from my legs. I do not understand all this as I have always eaten a very healthy diet, my heart tests were always fine, etc. Is this a problem other people with fibro have had? I have already checked the celiac disease archives and they have nothing except blood not clotting. I did have to give up all those healthy whole grains when I was diagnosed with celiac disease but I bake all my own bread now and add lots of fiber to it. Two years ago they gave me every heart test available even to catheterization and I was told by the Dr that he hoped his arteries looked as good as mine when he was my age. They also think I might have had a mini stroke about 1 1/2 weeks before the first hospitalization. The pulmonologist just called me this morning and said that my blood tests yesterday were way too high and I was to go off the warfarin for 2 days and then go back on a much lower dose. I am just curious to know if this can be a problem associated with fibromyalgia. Thanks for any responses. Margaret B
