I am at home and do not have those as they were sent from work. OK, I know it is early for these numbers and stuff but I was so excited. Here goes: Since September 15, I weighed 317. I weighed in today at the doctors at 277. I had my microfit measurements on Saturday and here are the results from working out at the gym since 11/1: 1. 19.6 pounds lost 2. blood pressure went from 150 over 98 to 104 over 70. 3. resting pulse dropped from 94 to 68. 4. 11.6 inches total lost. 6 inches around the abdomen. 5. 8.97% body fat lost (hard to tell though LOL)... Actually not really, if I don't have a belt on my pants they fall right off of me. I had tears streaming down my face when I found out. The doctor took me off of glucocontrol today as well since my blood sugar average has been around 95 for the past two months. So, my goal for the end of January is to get down to 273. I don't want to make the goals as large anymore as I think things will start to slow down. My goal weight is 220 so I do have a ways to go but feel really happy with my progress and people are noticing. I am trying to hold off buying new clothes .
