Guest guest
You should take suppliments with food. It helps it break down get absorbed. For that same reason I would not take a bunch of suppliments all at the same time. Many MS patients have issues with absorption so it would make sense to split them up. also when you start a bunch of suppliments you start with one and then if that goes well add one more a ew days later and keep on doing that. that way you'll know what you may be having an reaction to. just because its a suppliment doesn't mean it can't affect you in a negative way. Guest guest
For candida, eliminate all carbohydrates from your diet. Drink aloe vera juice, eat PLAIN yoghurt several times a day. Season your food liberally with oregano. mjh Date: Sun Jun 4, 2006 6:53 am (PDT) From: "Jakeqx4@..." Jakeqx4@... Guest guest
Danny Eating once a day puts the body in starvation mode, hence loosing weight will be very hard. Try eating five to six very small meals a day instead. Eat fresh food, no junk, nothing prepared or processed. By the way, some amino acid supplements MUST be taken on an empty stomach. Good luck to you mjh Date: Sun Jun 4, 2006 8:31 am (PDT) From: "Danny (UK)" dandylion@... Guest guest
The grape seed extract and red wine powder are similar in nature. I have used most of these plus another 20 or so to defeat cancer. According to Bihari and Zagon both when I first inquired about LDN, there is no conflict with any of these things as well as dozens of others. Guest guest
i understand-i went to the doctor and gave me so many supplements - i told her i'd never leave my house if i took them all. first of all your probably tired because of the way you eat. you should be eating something small every few hours. that way your blood sugar stay stable. I hate eating three meals a day so I kind of spread things around. I have a protein drink for breakfast. A Luna bar as a snack. I keep greens and cut up fruit in my house so i can pick at it. first your going to have decide what your going to eat and not to eat because of the Candida- i believe you can't have fruits because of the sugar content -i could be wrong. but you have to make sue you get enough protein especially and if you don't want to eat try to find some kind of something with vitamins you can mix into something--i use low carb milk-it has very little sugar in it and throw a little vanilla in for taste. I would take these in the evening time Evening primrose oil, Cod liver oil, Omega three fish oils, helps with evacuation the ole bowel the next am. cyndi [low dose naltrexone] Re: Little Off Subject - Supplements Cyndi,I guess I did know that it would be better to take food with the supplements, but the pile is getting bigger all the time , and it's going to grow even more when I start trying to tackle the candida.Eating makes me very tired, so I have got into a routine where I only eat once a day, at 15:00, then sleep for 1-2 hours. Guest guest
Hmmmmm, Well if the doctors were right about strengthening the immune system then LDN should not be working. Why would it be bad to use Echinacea?
