I get periodic numbness in my legs and feet. Happening more and more every day As for your hands & wrists, Is it your Fingers that go numb? Especially at night when you are sleeping? If so.......Probably Carpal Tunnel

Guest guest
Kathie, I have had similar numbness for a few years. It has been in my feet, legs, hands, arms, upper back and lower back. I was on gabapentin for awhile but that didn't help. Lyrica since last summer definitely helped but no longer. It is all coming back again. My daughter, the Dr (really - she is a psychiatrist and a geneticist) thinks it is caused by my disk problems in my lower back. I hope yours is something simpler - I'd see a neurologist if I were you and it doesn't clear up. Lots of luck, (I mean that) Margaret B > Does anyone else have problems with numbness in their legs and feet?? > If I stand, walk, or even sit for too long the pain is very intense
