Unfortunately my urea reading (toxin clearance) has gone up to 11. It was 8 before I started the low carb diet. As I understand that normal readings should be between 2.6 & 6.7 I am worried about the effect on my kidneys of the diet which has been a great success on stabilising my blood sugar. .
