Guest guest Posted July 30, 2006 Report Share Posted July 30, 2006 I suffer from this myself. Between FMS, Tendinitis, arthritis, and torn Rot cup. Some days its so bad I just can't bare to use my arm. And with the hot weather, I find it hard to use a heat pad, So I been using ice packs. It helps with the swelling. Some times it so tender, I can't even do that. Sleeping with arm pain has become a real problem. There is just no place to put your arm without bumping it, moving it...laying on it. It wakes me up if I do fall asleep. My husband just can't understand why I can't sleep. He gets up in the morning and wonders why I am still awake. I'd like to have him deal with this for a few days. I am in the exact same situation as you are, but right now the gout in my foot is acting up really bad so I can't use my hands real well, shoulders are aching and now the foot alog with all the other little quirks we all have to deal with daily.. I am proud to same that I think my hubby is finally just beginning to get it... Thank god, it has been a real tough road for about 2 yrs... Sorry to babble..
