Hi, I am 55 years old and had vulvodynia. I had perioneoplasty

about 7 years ago and now am postmenopusal. I am a breast cancer

survivor and can't use estrogen, but they are letting me use

vagifem.(vaginal estrogen). My question is I have a problem

with vaginal dryness and started to bleed in the vagina and

they gave me the vagifem, which is a pill you insert in your

vagina once day for weeks and then twice a week. But the

doctor did not give me anything for what is left of my vulva.

Only us girls would understand. Anyway, are any of you in this

situation and if you have vaginal dryness what do you use.

I am afraid of getting irritated and I am afraid the scare tissue

will start to thin.
