Guest guest
Heidi, I think that baths help temporarily. I use a product called Batherapy from walmart. It is in the section with the makeup and stuff. It is a mineral bath and I get the one with a Lavender scent. It seems to help for a little while. Of course, Epsom salts might work as well. I use that too. You might try it. But honey, let me tell ya, sometimes this thing just refuses to let up. Hope you feel better. Guest guest
Well I don't. But I have heard of several people who do. So maybe this would not be the best thing for you sweetie. Sure hope you get some relief somewhere. This cruel illness is so sneaky and mean. Only a fellow fibromite can understand completely. LOL. Doesn't the word " fibromite " sound like a bug???? I am not so sure I like that term. LOL. Debra V. wrote: not to get too personal buuutttt i have problems using additives to my bath.
