I started LDN 3 months ago. My problems with ms were extreme

fatigue, really BAD eye pain and spots in vision. I use the liquid

Revia from medmex as none of my DR's would give it to me. I started

out a 3 mg and that was to much for me starting out. Heart

palps, anxiety,no sleep, joint pain and muscle pain. SO, I went down

to 1.5 for a about 3 wks and then up to 2mg for a few wks, and then

to 3mgs to adjust. Still hads some stiffness and joint pain , but

slept fine and no anxiety or palps. I tried to go up to 4 mg and my

body said NO in a big way! I think I have been on 3 mg for about 1

month now. No more eye pain, and less naps! I am now riding horses

again, and people have told me that I am more upbeat. I was truely

ready to throw LDN away when I first started out!!!!! I still take

copaxone everyother day and take paxil , but plan to wean off and see

if I am ok. I only take 20mg which is a low dose. I have had ms for

3 yrs and was bed ridden for 5 wks on my first dx and could not use

my right side. All in all I must say that I am doing better on LDN!

I think that LDN is like MS, so different for everyone. I am not

worried at all that most people take 4.5mg as I am doing fine on 3 mg.

( I used to be, thinking I better be on 4.5 too) The liquid form

helped me with slowly working up to 3mg. I would like to thank

everyone that told me to hang in there, as I was really scared

feeling like I was making my ms worse starting out on LDN with all my

new symptoms from it. I really thought I was one of the few that LDN

was not going to work for! I can't say what will happen in the

future, but for now I am pleased with the way I feel for a person

that has ms.
