Anyone tried this coconut milk?

This coconut milk is from Wilderness Family Naturals. I am assuming it's legal, but I was wondering about the taste. http://www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com/coconut_milk_powder.htm Also, they do have coconut like in glass bottles with no guar gum, but it's out of stock. Has anyone tried it? Thanks. :-) tara
