Guest guest
I'm sorry you're in pain. Believe me, I *know* what it's like. I had terrible lower back pain during the last half of my pgcy. I couldn't lie flat on my back AT ALL, which made OB visits extremely painful. I could barely walk out of the office after the examination. Not trying to be discouraging, but I still get twinges every so often, and Isaac is eight months old. Of course, mine wasn't sciatica... at least, that's what my OB said. He said it was sacroiliac something or other. I just know that it hurt. Congrats on being at home, though. You can start doing all those nesting behaviors. hehe Let me know when you catch yourself vacuuming the refrigerator coils. Have you started doing your nursery yet? Any plans on a theme? : ) -Kris - maternity leave... Well today is the last day of my second trimester. As of tomorrow I am on maternity leave. the baby apparently is resting on the sciatic nerve causing lower back pain and leg pain -- something I am told can be alleviated by staying off my feet. Considering that I am a waitress, staying off my feet during a workday is impossible. Sunday when I came home from work I could barely walk and Monday I spent on the couch and in bed. Yesterday and today I went into work and tried -- but I knew I wasn't doing well and had decided on Monday that as of this coming weekend I was done. My boss and I talked today and determined that it just wasn't worth it -- i was miserable and he was worried. We called it quits. So until baby is born I am home. Not that I am complaining too loudly. If at all. Rasley mailto:drasley@... Guest guest
A chifferobe is a dresser with enclosed shelves on either side. At least that is what the box said on the dresser I bought.
