Guest guest Posted October 9, 2001 Report Share Posted October 9, 2001 Dear Friends During the discussion about Dr Milhorat's procedure, someone mentioned that some doctors perform a 3x3 craniectmy while one person only had a craniectomy the size of a silver dollar.
