,

Thanks so much for your reply. I went from 3.5 (was on that a couple of days) to last night 3.0. I've been having cramping in my hands and feet which I didn't have pre-LDN. How long after you went down to 3.0 did the side effects go away? I've been messing with the dose for the last 3 weeks and can't make up my mind because of this side effect.

Thanks, Annette

Thanks a bunch!

After reading the recent posts, I am going to stay at 3.0 for a while and try the GABA. I already take the Calcium and Mag before bed and it really helps. Thanks again for sharing your experience!!

Sincerely, Annette

I think it took a few days to start getting relief, Annette. Terrible stiffness was the main symptom. I've never lost the stiffness entirely, though I think there was a significant difference about a month later--though at this point I don't recall how stiff I was before. Have you received Aletha's welcome package with all of Bob Lawrence's supplement recommendations? Since I've added GABA to the calcium/magnesium I take before bed, my legs are slightly looser; this might help your hands.

What does your doctor advise, when it comes to your

LDN

dosage? I, also, am at 3.0 and, my doctor advised me to stay at

3.0.

Thanks ,

Nice to know that I'm not alone.

I just find it hard to believe that a 130 lb midget like me should need

the same dose as someone 6'6 " tall and 260 lb.

The pain in my legs so far at 3mg has been almost unbearable, so

tonight I'm going down to 1.5 and hope that I can work my way up from

there.
