Donna, I get this often, it is horrible I agree. I take this amenity acid called

dame. It really works wonders. I only take one a day and it keeps me alert and

doesn't make me jittery or anything like that. I get it at a health store knere

me and it comes in a glass bottle. I got it when I was so bad I was walking

around with my eyes closed because I couldn't keep them open to save my life. I

swear by it and so does my husband. I will see if I can get the hole name for

you and find it online maybe. If you can't find it I would be happy to send you

some if you want to try it. I am pretty close to the store and would be happy to

pick some up for you. hugs

Need advice on a few things please

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted some advice on how to control the exhaustion that I feel. Today

I had such a hard day to the point I honestly felt like I had to

sleep....like I had no control...I had to leave work early and thought for

sure I would

fall asleep driving home.

Is this normal? Should it be so severe?

What do you do to handle it?

Thanks

Donna

Read all the emails on severe fatigue. I know exactly how you feel.

I've been feeling exhausted as well. Sometimes an energy drink helps. I drink

a lot of vitamin mixes, don't know if they really help or if it is all

psychological. I also have a difficult time dealing with winter and cold

weather.

Please don't shake me, no don't wake me, leave me where I am, I'm only sleeping.

Yes, it is normal for this illness... to be exausted and sleepy most

of the time. I know exactly what you mean. I suppose naps help. (But

we cant nap at work). I took vitamins for a while but got tired of

popping so many pills. B12 supplements and B complex added to a good

multivitamin. I think it may have helped with the tiredness but it

didnt work miracles for me.

Hope you feel better,

from debra -- with chronic exhaustion.
