Guest guest
- RE: boom boom swwish & diet What's the flaxseed oil taste lie? Is it better than just increasing my salad oil? Caffeine isn't really a challenge for me. I was talking more about the fishes and sushi and ham ( nitrates) that were a staple of my diet re breastfeeding. ----------- Flaxseed oil tastes faintly like bananas... not unpleasant... very mild. It has to be refrigerated and you can't cook with it. It has more of the EFAs than regular salad oil. As per nitrates and sushi... I didn't worry too much about ham but I didn't eat sushi while bf, just to be on the safe side. I ate fish all the time tho... I don't remember if I ever had scallops or oysters, I think I did eat scallops once. -Kris ______________________________________________ FREE Personalized Email at Mail.com Sign up at http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup

Guest guest
Would that be pre-eclampsia? Taking extra vitamin C & E helps to ward this off. Jenna boom boom swwish & diet > > >VERY COOL!
