I made almond cookie press cookies, almond rocca, peanut butter caramels and a lemon pudding with egg whites, also made avocado dip I feel very grateful for all the families and SCd putting recipes together and sharing them with all of us.

Making whole foods and natural foods with recipes and ideas are wonderful! I am not even tempted to eat the junk that others make and bring, having my food at the meals has made a big difference, what I eat and feel!

So great to be much healthier each year.Thank you Elaine and everyone that has helped to spread SCD through out the world.Good Health to everyone!-- JHCeliac, SCD 3 years

Hi JH,I agree with your sentiments! I made the Intro Chicken Soup for my grandparents, who are healthy and independent at 100 and 96 years old, and who LOVE hearty, warming soups this time of year.I packaged it in single serving containers, perfect for thawing and heating up as a lunch or dinner. It makes me extremely happy to share the healthfulness of SCD with those I love, and to think that I'm participating in a nourishing tradition of healing.I wish everyone here happy, peaceful, and healthy holidays.-Nina in MA----- Original Message
