When I was first diagnosed I had to go on a 90 day eating program to kill it off, during that time my Doctor had me on several supplements, and I had to undergo a few IV treatments to help rebuild my immune system - but I had a severe case. If I binge for several days on lots of sugar I'll have a flare up, if I keep that to a mild roar, it stays under control.
