Guest guest
Cant remember if I posted about this or not, but I am scheduled for surgery on the 8th. I am very nervous, just hope that it helps. My neurosurgeon thinks it is worth a shot and so do I. I will let you all know how it turns out as soon as I can. I know this last two or three weeks have been very painful and difficult. Anyway, talk to you all later. I will be hopefully 4 to 5 days in St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, TX. He says two days ICU then 2 to 3 on the floor if no leak occurs. The only surgery I've ever had was appendix, so I really don't know what to expect. But St. Lukes is an excellent hospital and Dr. Bindal has a good rep and has done about 50 of these with a great deal of success. Words of encouragement needed here. I'm a little apprehensive, yet very hopeful.
