I have been on Lantus for almost 3 years. started at 25 units a day, went

up to 30. When my doctor found out that I was using 30Units of Lantus a

day, he changed my oral meds. I am now down to 20 Units of Lantus a day.

What is the dosage for your Lantus? The reason I ask is b/c my

mom is afraid to try the Lantus again even though she did try

again for a few days at a lower dosage: 40 units just to see how

she would do.
