My husband, diagnosed with Parkinsons disease at age 50--2 years ago, has

been on LDN for over a year now and I'd say we've seen virtually no

progression in that time. Andy, your friend with PD should definitely

look to get on LDN as it's such a benign drug with so much upside

potential for stopping the progression of PD. My husband also did see

some symptom relief from it as well and was able to decrease the dosage

of one medication. He is on a very low level of meds--one 50 mg of

selegeline and one 25/ 100 carbidopa/levidopa per day plus lots of

nutritional supplements. He also continues to work as we have a dairy

farm. The only adaptations we have made is arranging so he can sleep til

7 in the morning instead of getting up daily at 5 AM as he does need more

sleep, and he lets other do things that require alot of fine hand work.
