Guest guest
Hi ! The hour and a half gap would be the better choice. Guest guest
I would eat the meal at an hour and a half rather than have a 4 gap. Since being on BFL for 3 weeks, there is no way that I can go 4 hours without eating (unless I am asleep) and then eat an authorized meal without pigging out on something that I shouldn't. After about 3 hours I lose control and my hunger gets the best of me. I have had to eat a meal at 1 1/2 hours before because of being somewhere that I couldn't eat and it worked out fine. Jill HI, quick ?, which is better if I have to do one. I can either eat one of my meals about an hour and a half after my first one or leave a 4 hour gap. Which one would be a better choice? Thx,
Guest guest
Well... I've used both! The Twinlab Yeast Fighter contains strong antifungals as well as herbs that help to strengthen your immune system (and fibre for clearing out waste from the colon), whereas the homeopathic remedy, as I understand it, is designed to stimulate your body to remove the candida. I'm not sure that it is a candida-killer, or whether it stops the candida from coming back. Having said this, the homeopathy is the only thing so far that has really started to clear my tongue. I would recommend the Yeast Fighter, and then after a week of taking the capsules, you could add Candida Albicans 30C to your program if you feel you would like some extra help. Start by taking it twice a day diluted in lots of water. Reduce the dose if the die-off is too strong. Because it's a homeopathic remedy, you have to avoid anything with a strong flavour - stop drinking coffee especially, and switch from mint-flavored toothpaste to one which is approved for homeopathic use, such as a toothpaste with lemon flavor. Coffee and mint will ANTIDOTE the remedy, so it's important that you take these steps! Both these things are available in health stores, and the Candida Albicans 30C should be very inexpensive (so it won't hurt your pocket too much to buy both of them). Let me know how it goes! Guest guest
From experience, I've taken both of them. I liked the xenadrine FX alot better than hydroxycut. The hydroxycut made me feel like crap when I didn't take it. I binged for about 4 days after not taking it. And if I forgot to take it during the day, I pigged out all day long. The xenadrine FX didn't make me feel that way at all. I now use Ultra Beta Trim and love it though. Just my 2 cents worth Tinkle > xenadrine or hydroxycut? > > Jammi > > >
Guest guest
Thanks! I'll look into the ultra beta trim too - do you get that at gnc? jammi Re: Which is better? Guest guest
According to Saul, women have a big advantage over men when it comes to ozonarting because of vaginal insufflation. It is the most effective and has the fewest healing crises of the home style (I believe) ozonating therapies. Can a woman get the same amount of ozone in her system using it vaginally, or does rectal insufflation get it into blood circulation better? thanks lind
Guest guest
..... women have another advantage due to their vagina: we bleed every month and get rid of toxic waste this way. therefore it is wise to NOT use tampons.... guys loose their hair, when the minerals are depleted and used up from neutralising all the acid. (yes, i know, the hormones play a " little " role, too) are you guys getting jealous now??? just kidding. marlene which is better? > > > Can a woman get the same amount of ozone in her system using it vaginally, or does rectal insufflation get it into blood circulation better? > thanks > lind > > > >
Guest guest
Dear , When ozone is done vaginally, the majority of the ozone seems to go into the lymph, with a minority into the blood stream. However, 30 minutes of vaginal insufflation is more easily done than 30 minutes of rectal insufflation. Therefore, vaginal insufflation is preferable and probably more efficacious. Remember C x T values, where time is as important as concentration. Further, vaginal insufflation requires no preparation, whereas rectal insufflation requires an enema first. Thus, repetition with vaginal insuffaltion is always greater. Remember, ozone therapy is cumulative, so the more times it is repeated, the better the effect. Best of health! Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am an infrequent poster but an avid reader I'm wondering which is better, to prepare your own liquid LDN or purchase it from a pharmacy? I am currently using Skip's for LDN. But on my last refill I notice some of the capsules were a different shade of " pink " I called Skip's and was told the reason was the dye lots could be different. The dye is used to make sure the LDN has the correct ratio of filler to Naltrexone. But I also noticed that the LDN was not as " bitter " as before. Has anyone had this experience before? I was told I could send them back for an exchange. If you prepare your own mixture, how do you do it? Thanks for all of your help, S
