Guest guest
Ellisb, Just read your post on writing letters to your loved ones. Once a year I write a long letter to each of my grandchildren and they get put away by their parents until they get older. In them I write about the changes they went through over the year, good and not so good ones. I also write about myself. It's sort of like a continuing mini-story. I want them to have an account of their growing up years and what they mean to me. I want them to know I love them and enjoy them. It's a record for them. I started this when my first grandchild was a year old and now she is 12. I put them in with their Christmas cards and they look forward to them. They even ask me each year if I wrote their letter yet. They can pass them onto their children one day so they will know how they were as children and some about me. I even put in them about health problems we all have so they can look back at them in case they have any of the same problems. I didn't mean to make this so long-sorry. Take care, Pat in Mich. ------------------------------------------------------------ Sent with STUPID.COM's free email.
