Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I do take calcium EAP in capsule form as well as salmon oil/or cod liver oil - can I take those two together and do you perhaps know if CLA (conjugated Linoleic Acid) is okay. Can you please tell me what is NADH. Thanks for all the help and info. Petro Re: [low dose naltrexone] Newbie LDN for MS question It seems the EFAS are crucial for helping with the lipids in the brain which help maintain the integrity of the myelin sheath, depression, minimizing the saturated or bad fat in the body, heart health, joint and many other things. Dr. Neiper did believe that anyone who took calcium EAP (I do injections) should not use evening primrose oil. He believed because it has gamma linoleic acid in it that it hindered the permeability of the calcium eap into the cell membrane. What I am trying to say is it may be good for MS ( I actually believe it is) However, those two are incompatible with EAP therapy so I use high doses of Krill Oil instead which has the fish oil plus the neuroprotective anti-oxidant asthaxathin. Guest guest
NADH is a product from ENADA (good company to choose) that you take on an empty stomach will help tremors. CLA is good for ms and I think if I were you I would take fish oil and flaxseed oil together. Eliminate the salmon and cod liver for now. Just do 3000 fish oil in divided doses, Krilll is better and take 12 capsules of lecithin a day or a least 6. You can get a huge bottle from Solaray (over 200) for relatively inexpensive and make sure you always take E with your oils or it can create free radical production in the body. Lecithin helps rebuild the myelin sheath by the way. God Bless and don't hesitate to write with more questions. Oh and magnesium oratate is great for ms also. If you write back and it takes me a few days to answer, I work much and don't spend alot of time on computer. Guest guest
Thanks for all the useful info, you seem to know a lot about medicine! I've been phoning around, but it seems krill oil is not available in SA. Would it then be okay to use only flax oil? Do you perhaps know anything about Boswella as an anti-inflammatory? Thanks again, Petro Re: [low dose naltrexone] Kathy (mykittypaws) calcium EAP NADH is a product from ENADA (good company to choose) that you take on an empty stomach will help tremors. Guest guest
NADH is a stabilized form of NAD. It enhances brain function in chronic fatigue, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.. It has been reported to reduce tremors in some people with essential tremor. It also gives you tremendous energy. If I am not mistaken it is a more potent form of niacin. Perhaps someone in the group could help me out here if I am wrong about the B3 but it appeared to have helped me with tremors.
