It's very similar to crystal light. Also, they have the ready made diet green tea drink with ginseng. Any comments on these drinks being safe for diabetics? I have not tried either of these; would think they would be safe. I drink Hot Green tea. In fact, some days I'll drink 4 to 6 cups.
