Guest guest
Joyce, the information Bill (from Dr. Bihari's office) gave you is correct. Most of his patients do take 4.5. When I first went to see Dr. Bihari 2-1/2 years ago, he told me that approximately 25% of his patients cannot tolerate 4.5 and take 3, and that for those people, 3 mg IS the correct dosage. I've turned out to be one of them. Since then, he's added something to the website: that people experiencing spasticity might want to begin at 3 mg. A year ago, I asked Dr. Bihari if I should try 4.5 mg again, but he told me not to.
