Guest guest
LOL try benfiber (SP??).......... It is unflavored and you can add it to any drink. Try the Prune juice to get things moving and then do maintenance with the benfiber. LOL Good luck Hun!!! I know it sucks BIG TIME!!!! Guest guest
Mike, For me, 2 TBSP of Flaxseed a day has taken care of that problem well! I get it at a healthfood grocery store and sprinkle it on my morning cottage cheese. Took about 4 days for it to take effect, but it sure made a difference! I think it tastes good too, kind of like walnuts. You might want to give it a try, much better than gagging down prune juice.
