He's been out so much, however, that I found a back-up, just in case. His name is Ehrlich. He's an internist who also practices alternative medicine and he was recommended by Bill in Dr. Bihari's office. Before prescribing LDN he will ask you to come in for an initial visit; I think the cost is about $175. I liked him a lot. Dr. Ehrlich's number is 646-935-2264/2278.
