Guest guest
Hi, Debbie/Tiger, yes, you're right... poor blood circulation... somethings i just can't come up with the words... ;-) Thanks for you kind words. I hope you've found a way to ease your pain. I've had problems for about 10 years now and i think that's been long enough. I'm turning 30 this year... so a lot has to do with that, i want to find balance and a feeling of undestroyable self- esteem... ha ha ha... Well, i find it remarkable about this possible connection between bloodcirculation and vvs...especially when it could be one of the causes vvs. I hope to get some info on this by a gyn. or doctor. I'll keep you all informed... take care,
Guest guest
I have very poor circulation too - feet, hands, nose and even bum and thighs sometimes! I also don't seem to be able to regulate my own temperature very well. I go from being too hot to too cold very quickly. It means I have a variety of layers in the office to cope with heating and air con! I was at the London VP group meeting recently and we were told 5 mins twice a day of massaging any area on the gentials that didn't hurt would probably help healing through increased blood flow to the area. I've been trying it as and when I remember. Niki >I joined a Dutch forum as well, since i live in Holland. Guest guest
Don't women generally feel sensitive to cold and heat more than men? I thought I read this somewhere - that women - because of body fat content and distribution - most generally don't regulate their body temps as well as the guys. Anybody else read about this?
