A great alternative to chocolate is Carob. Carob is naturally sweet, rich in B

vitamins and tastes just like chocolate but without the caffeine and dairy.

Carob is a fruit.

'Twas humour Bob (or humor if you're American). Did you miss the smiley

on the end???? To do with something Aletha wrote a while back about her

spelling. Or is it right what they say about Americans not being able to

laugh at themselves? Hell, we Aussies do it all the time!!

I'm American. I can laugh at myself when I'm due. I especially enjoy

laughing at other Americans. ;)
