Someone said they were a pear shaped....me too. I nice, heavy bottomed

bartlett--ha ha.

I have significantly reduced my inches--but I'm still a pear. Not as big of a

pear, but still a pear. Always will be--which is okay--I'd rather be a size 14

(now) pear then a size 28 (5 months ago) pear!

Something I've been doing is body brushing. I think it really helps to

wake up the skin. I use a natural bristle brush in the shower, w/ shower

gel, do clockwise circles and then brush up or down towards the heart

depending on where you are brushing. In the first month of losing

weight, with exercise, body brushing, etc I lost 13 inches total in my

waist and hips.

Wow, that's interesting. We just had someone tell my husand about body

brushing but he wasn't very interested. I'll tell him this.

But at least I'm worth a lot for my weight. =D
