I'm 19 weeks today - do you think you'll try to deliver naturally, or are you gearing up for a caesarean because he's transverse? My two oldest children were transverse at their 20 week u/s, and unfortunately for us they were both lying on their bellies, so we couldn't get a peek at their sex - they both stayed in that position for the next 18 weeks...but that could just have been the shape of my uterus (it was sub-septate at that point, resected last June). The real reason I ask about the c-section is to see if you're likely to have your baby before me or not! Having had a perforation in August 2001 I'm definitely aiming for my baby to be born before the end of July (apparently I could have tried for a VBAC even after 2 c-sections if it wasn't for the perforation). My son's birthday is August 1 as well, so I certainly don't want two children with the same birthday...August 1 is a Friday this year, so it's not likely I'll have an elective c-section that day, the docs try to schedule all their surgery on Tues-Thurs... All the best for the next 18-20 weeks! http://mobile.yahoo.com.au - Yahoo! Mobile - Check & compose your email via SMS on your Telstra or Vodafone mobile.
