Hello Everyone,

My name is Jeff and I live in Tucson Arizona. I was diagnosed with type II

diabetes near the beginning of October. I actually figured I had it from

all of the signs I had and sure enough I was right.

Please sign me up for the weight commitment plan.

I started at 315 at the beginning of October when I went in and started

walking 1 to 2 miles per day during lunch.

I then joined a gym on November 1st and have been working out three days a

week running on the cross trainer for 40 minutes and then a bike for 20

minutes.

Well, first my goal weight. I want to get down to 210. I think this will

be an ideal weight for me. I am 6 feet in height and very large boned.

As of this evening, I just got back from the gym, I weigh 282. I nearly

fell when she told me LOL.

My goal for this month is to lose 7 pounds, bringing me to 275. I hope I

make it.

I actually have been concerned about the amount of weight I have lost in the

last two months. Should I be?
