She feels that she is not as depressed, but she notes she is irritable and has crying spells. She notes this is not related to her cycle. She notes she had a child 6 months ago and since then she has had significant hair loss. O: Alert female, NAD. Exam of the hair all appears WNL. Neck: Supple. Thyroid normal size. Lungs are CTA.
