HI, the thing I use most in my kitchen would be my crock pot. I love to be

able to put a roast or ribs or whatever in there before work and have it all

ready when I get home. I used to use my bread machine a lot too but since

trying to watch carbs and I love fresh bread it's taken it's place on the shelf

of the pantry for now. We love to throw ribs and sauerkraut in the crock pot

to cook all day. I also have the big electric roaster which we use on occasion

when I have a larger roast/turkey/ham. It's nice on the warm summer days to

still be able to cook a big dinner without heating up the house from the oven.

That's how I feel about my PC; not to mention fast. I made Chicken

Paprikarsh in 20 min. the other day.

There was a study at the U. of Utah which showed that veggies at least loose

FEWER nutrients in the micro than in other methods of cooking.

Re: In the Kitchen

I've read that nuking food can affect the

nutritional value, but to me it's a trade off- if it takes too long

to prepare something, I probably won't take the time to make it,

especially during the week when I work.
